Cody is a seasoned professional in the transportation industry with nearly 20 years of experience. He began his career in logistics management in 2005, quickly establishing himself as a driven entrepreneur. By 2009, he had started an asset based trucking company which experienced significant growth by focusing on safety, employee development and customer relationships. Over the years, he has built enduring, trusted relationships with shippers and continues to work with many of the same shippers that helped him launch his business over 15 years ago.
Before transitioning into logistics, Cody worked in the financial world, equipping him with the skills to lead companies from early-stage start-ups to well-established public entities. This financial expertise has fueled his strategic, data-driven approach to operations, ensuring both efficiency and sustainable growth. Cody’s broad experience encompasses fleet management, logistics optimization, and cultivating key business partnerships, solidifying his standing as a respected leader in the industry.

Matthew Wood

Matthew has over a decade of experience in the transportation industry, working with carriers and owner-operators of all sizes—from single-truck operations to large-scale fleets. He specializes in guiding carriers through the process of launching their own trucking companies, including assisting with Broker to Carrier Agreement and Factoring Contract reviews to ensure sound business decisions.
Beyond startup support, Matthew connects carriers with freight opportunities, fuel discount programs, and strategies to maximize profitability. A recognized industry voice, Matthew is also actively involved in shaping the industry's future, collaborating with universities, industry boards, and committees, including his work with the Department of Homeland Security, to advocate for and support the trucking community.
